Damaged or Lost Shipments

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Orders placed using COD may be subject to verification through phone, SMS, email, or other means before shipment.
Repeated order cancellations or refusals of COD deliveries may result in restriction or suspension of COD eligibility for future orders.
Refunds for returned COD orders will be processed through bank transfer, UPI, store credit, or any other refund method specified by the seller; refunds will not be made in cash unless required by law.
Delivery personnel may not be authorized to open packages before payment is completed, except where local regulations or company policies permit.
